Great location next to the bay. Staff was very friendly. limited options for breakfast. We had a sea facing room. Great view fron the balcony.

Amazing sea view room with balcony with the most gorgeous sea view, pool view & mountain view & a breathtaking sunrise almost every day. Breakfast has a excellent variety for everyone, the rooms are extremely comfortable & well serviced. We expected nothing less from this 5 star hotel with convenient walking access to beach via underground tunnel directly from pool area of hotel. 24/7 room service for pizza, wine, burgers is always useful when you return from a full day of touring. The area around the hotel is very festive & full of locals & tourists having a good time, day & night. Extremely safe all hours of day & night & even though hotel has BIG sign that no food & drink is allowed from the outside, we definitely managed to bring in our leftover food & snacks from nearby restaurants & a couple bottles of wine from a local store so that was very pleasant that there no security guards inspecting bags as I've heard from previous guests. We definitely supported the hotel bar & restaurant but also didn't abuse the rule of bringing in too much food & drinks in. The hotel is quite big with an indoor heated pool gym for guys in the basement & massive outdoor pool. What we enjoyed most about hotel & is not really promoted properly is the amazing sunset view you get from the balcony of the fine dining restaurant on the 10th floor. Such amazing views of the ocean, beachfront, mountains, city, etc, I would honestly advertise this feature more as there is plenty of revenue to be made by the restaurant & bar on 10th floor & if I had a say, I would rename that section to Sunset Terrance or Bar, probably the best view of sunset in Antalya we've come across :-) Finally, whilst we are on vacation, we always make friends with the waiters, reception, tour guides, chefs, bar staff, cleaners, etc.

We liked the cleaner who cleaned room 205 - she was very friendly and we became friends - we did a big goodbye. We liked Mr Mehmet - he served us at dinner time and also his colleague. We also made friends with a very nice concierge We loved the honey and nuts Great steam room - very refreshing

Very friendly in the hotel and excellent service at the pool for drinks - no charge for bottled water and they regularly brought chilled wet face towels to keep you cool. Room cleaned daily and an abundance of toiletries including disposable razor and cream, toothpaste and brush, slippers, bottles of water daily. The spa was reasonably priced and my wife visited on several occasions when I waited at the internal pool. Both restaurants were good and reasonably priced. Concierge was great and would get a taxi for you within seconds.

The stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was amazing. We spent a total of 10 days here. Delicious food, standard of rooms at a very high level. The service at the hotel was very nice and helpful. On the other hand, the biggest advantage of the hotel is Mustafa. We have not met such a friendly person in a long time, smiling every day, extremely helpful and active. All we needed was one look in his direction and immediately he would come to ask if everything was okay and if we didn't need anything. Hopefully as many people as possible who professionally take care of guests, it made us feel like home and not a hotel. We highly recommend staying at this hotel, if you meet Mustafa there guarantees that your stay will be a success and you will want to come back quickly.
